2 large carrots, rough chopped
2 large onions, rough chopped
2 ribs of celery, rough chopped

2 Fuji apples, halved
1 cup apple cider vinager
2 quarts water

5 large potatoes
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of butter
1/2 cup gratted white cheddar cheese
1/2 freshly made bacon bits
